"American Idol" finalist Adam Lambert is everywhere today! The music video for the controversial AMA performance song "For Your Entertainment" has been released.
Personally, I think the Adam Lambert AMA performance was just as controversial as Madonna and Britney Spears' 2003 VMA kiss. There's nothing any more risqué in Lambert's performance. You also have to consider that the Britney/Madonna moment was also met with a lot of uproar and criticism. Adam Lambert's contention that there is somewhat of a "double standard" is moot
Adam Lambert made it no secret that he was planning on a controversial and in-your-face performance that somewhat pushed the envelope. Before the American Music Awards, Lambert told MTV that his performance was going to be "sexy."
The video sees Adam strutting into a night club (wielding a total pimp cane) and singing his catchy first single while good-looking people gyrate around him.
There's also a snake involved and lots of leather 'n lace. We're fans. It's definitely a step up from the American Music Awards performance of the same song. And no, Adam -- we've never thought you were "soft and sweet."

Miley Cyrus dead? Is Miley Cyrus really dead, or is this just another Internet rumor? If Miley Cyrus is dead, her death would have to be tragic as she is young. Miley Cyrus is Billy Ray Cyrus’s daughter and is best known as “Hannah Montanna”
The rumor comes with a car crash story. The claim is that Miley Cyrus was on her way to film the Hannah Montana show and “was in a terrible car accident and died.”.She is said to have been struck by a large truck that ran a red light traveling at a speed of about 55 mph.
Even though Miley is alive and well, there is one part of her that is dead: her Twitter account. Back in October, Miley Cyrus abruptly deleted her Twitter account citing a vague reason referencing her boyfriend. Since then, her fans have wanted her to come back.
Now that you know that Miley Cyrus is NOT dead, there is some interesting gossip circulating the Internet. However,she isn't the first celebrity who's had to read about their own "death" on the Internet.

Only minutes into the Country Music Association Awards, and already Lady Antebellum was having a big night in Nashville.
The group picked up two major awards at Wednesday night's ceremony, including single of the year for "I Run to You."
The group accepted the award from Kid Rock and offered a gracious, and brief, acceptance speech. Then, after a rousing performance, the trio returned to the stage to collect a second trophy, vocal group of the year, besting last year's winner (and a nominee again this year), Rascal Flatts.
Meanwhile,Darius Rucker won the new artist of the year.
"Wow, What a year," said Rucker. He thanked his wife and three kids. "They told you were crazy. They said this wouldn't work" he said of the head of Capitol Records. After a long list of acknowledgments, he recognized his audience: "To the fans, thank ya'll for accepting me."

There have been multiple rumors recently suggesting that Aerosmith’s frontman Steven Tyler had left the band.
Although there has been no official word,Perry said in a recent interview that Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has quit the band. Perry told the Las Vegas Sun "Steven quit, as far as I can tell."
Perry was responding to comments Tyler made in Classic Rock Magazine, when Tyler said, "I don’t know what I’m doing yet, but it’s definitely going to be something Steven Tyler: working on the brand of myself – Brand Tyler."
Aerosmith had planned to do a massive summer tour, but that was scrapped after Tyler fell off the stage during a show and the rest of the tour was canceled. We'll keep an eye open for a response from Tyler, to find out for sure whether Steven Tyler has in fact quit Aerosmith.
Right now i’m adjusting to how we’re going to go on, Aerosmith is such a powerful band, I mean it’s like a steam locomotive. I really don’t know what path it’s going to take at this point, but we’ll probably find somebody else that will sing in those spots where we need a singer.
